Our DSP team members work in conjunction with the comprehensive Boundless team to ensure those that we serve can live a Boundless life.   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years’ experience working with people with disabilities. Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing (training will be provided, if not already certified). Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles--no more than five points on your driving record Proof of auto insurance. Preferred Education and Experience Five years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with consumers and other staff. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile people within the facility.
