Share Email Opening Title Chain Specialist - Mancini Beverage  Description JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the billing and pricing requirements for CT chain accounts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Weekly Chain Billing Websites Chain disputes necessary for payment Weekly Chain Billing spreadsheets Check PODs General Office Duties (i.e. filing) Customer Service when needed Retrieve PO's and process for delivery Schedule Club Deliveries Make copies of invoices and mail out to specific chain accounts Retrieving back up for all chain checks Follow up on all short and skipped invoices Monitor and manage account inquiry email Red List chain update   Position Requirements MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma necessary Prior work experience in Customer Service preferred   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Division Rhode Island Distributing Co.
