Share Email Opening Title Commercial Multi-family Program Associate  Description RCN Capital, a national, direct private lender headquartered in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Commercial Multi-family Program Associate to manage our Multi-family loan program, which provides financing for real estate investors looking to take on ground-up construction projects. The Commerical Multi-family Program Associate will be responsible for developing materials and guidelines to train RCN Capital's Originations team to support and sell the product confidently. In addition, the Commercial Multi-family Program Associate will work with Marketing to expand awareness and audience for the Multi-family program and will make recommendations and implement solutions with the goal of growing the program's success. Ideal candidates will have experience in working with multi-family lending products as well as experience in developing training and messaging for loan programs. Primary Responsibilities: Develop training and educational materials for RCN Capital's Multi-family loan program Train and coach Loan Officers and sales support staff on our Multi-family program and ensure consistency in internal and external messaging Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to expand the audience for the program and drive business Identify opportunities to increase awareness of the product within the lending space and provide support to the Originations team to ensure our pipeline increases to align with organizational initiatives Identify networking and industry events where RCN Capital can showcase the Multi-family product and assist with developing necessary materials Leverage social media, including LinkedIn, to drive new business Report on the progress of the program to keep stakeholders informed Additional tasks and projects as assigned   Position Requirements Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively train and coach salespeople Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel Excellent presentation skills Required Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with a multi-family loan product At least 3 years of experience in lending At least 2 years of experience training and coaching staff Preferred Experience: Knowledge of private lending preferred Experience with BLN a plus Education: Associate Degree required in Business, Communication, Real Estate or related field Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communication, Real Estate Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Division RCN Capital   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Req Number ORI-21-00020   Location Hartford County - RCN   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
