Share Email Opening Title Web Designer  Description RCN Capital and Bridge Loan Network are looking for a Web Designer to join their Technology team. The role will be responsible for working in JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap to convert our vision for our Loan Origination Software (LOS) into a reality. The goal is to create a high functioning application with strong UX and UI components that allows business leaders in the commercial real estate lending industry to be able to easily manage their business. Ideal candidates will possess strong UI development skills, an understanding of SAAS applications, and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Description Work as an integral member of the development team in design, development, and end to end test automation of software application in adherence to business requirement and goal. Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front End Technologies. Participate in reviews/stand-ups of Product Backlog/Sprints/Business Requirements, and application/system design documents for moderately complex applications/systems. Gain understanding of business functions/applications/activities pertinent to the project/change request. Gains understanding of business functions/applications/activities pertinent to the project/change request.   Position Requirements Qualifications: Strong experience with HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, and writing cross-browser compatible code Experience with Agile development projects Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Experience creating sitemaps / wireframes / website architecture Strong understanding of UI\UX development and product management functions. 1 - 3 years of frontend web development experience. Expert knowledge in hand coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap. Proficiency converting design concepts into page templates.
