Assists developmentally, physically, and cognitively disabled adult individuals by providing personal cares, self-care training, implementation of behavior management plans, and accompanying support during social and or recreational opportunities, either in the adult family home or the community at large. This position is responsible for the quality assurance of clients which includes but is not limited to treating clients with respect, assuring them of their rights, and providing them a safe environment to live in.
