Marketing Program Manager, Customer Engagement

Our Marketing Program Manager, Customer Engagement will develop, execute, and measure programs that drive brand advocacy and revenue from PFL's existing martech customers.

Some of the things you will deliver for us:

  • Positive return on customer engagement programs
  • Maintenance of regular reports on program performance
  • Executed campaigns and projects to drive customer product adoption, as well as expansion, cross-sell, and consumption revenue
  • Increased program adoption from customer success managers
  • Regular engagement and feedback from stakeholders within marketing and customer success departments
  • Projects delivered on time, within budget and with high-quality execution
  • Continuous improvement of evergreen customer engagement programs

How you will do it:

  • Develop and execute programs for PFL's customer engagement initiatives, working closely with PFL's Director of Product Marketing, Customer Engagement
  • Define key KPIs for program performance to analyze success and return on investment, and celebrate wins with appropriate stakeholders
  • Enable marketing and customer success teams with expectations and assets to ensure program goals are met
  • Inform new program and campaign investments based on performance (adoption, expansion/cross-sell, consumption stage KPIs)
  • Test and scale evergreen customer engagement programs using PFL's martech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo and Demandbase
  • Partner with brand and marketing operations leaders to organize and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns
  • Communicate all campaign plans, adoption, and performance through regular communication and follow-up with the manager and the rest of the marketing, BDR, sales, and customer success organizations

The rest of the stuff: Compensation 75-85K DOE. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, paid parental leave and more.
