Upon award, we are hiring a Lead Strategic Planning Manager to join their client's team in Washington, DC. In this role you will: Monitor, review, and assess changes in DOD, DON, and key stakeholder strategic plans to ensure alignment with NAVSEA plans and objectives. Coordinate with Government leadership in recommending and establishing strategic goals and objectives. Draft policy and leadership correspondence associated with strategic direction and guidance. Establish and maintain tools to report performance against strategic plan objectives. Conduct detailed technical analysis of shipbuilding industrial base issues and provide recommendations on effective performance measures associated with shipbuilding, conversion, and repair activities. Apply and implement a proven, quantitative approach to analyzing culture and recommend initiatives to establish a more effective and efficient culture; including administering Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI) and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI) assessments and performing Life Styles Inventory (LSI) assessments.
