Our ideal candidate will maneuver through a variety of systems with an understanding of data history and workflows and advise of any unusual circumstances or requirements that could impact the Service Level Agreement. This position will research and process inquiries, tasks and escalated requests. The Outsource Task Lead will assist the Supervisor in planning and directing the daily workflow within the Outsource Task Team. Ensure successful operations in accordance with the company’s objectives. To provide training, feedback and support for development of the employees’ skills and achievements to the employee’ career goals. Tax Procurement Procures tax information from tax agencies. Tax amount data procurement method consists of telephone, e-mail, and fax communication to taxing agency jurisdictions. Interprets tax amount data and statuses per property taxes received from taxing agency jurisdictions and effectively identify tax status for payment processing. Workflow Management Effectively monitors, reports, and communicates status of work assignments and statistics to Team Lead/Supervisor while identifying any opportunity to increase efficiency processing research task. Accurately prepares production/statistical reports to mortgage lenders and direct supervisors. Customer Service Responds to mortgage lenders and taxing agency jurisdictions by utilizing effective verbal and written communication in a prompt and accurate manner. Quality Control Applies and supports the implementation of new or modified policy and procedures as instructed to ensure Task Research Team standards are met. Accurately prepares production/statistical reports as applicable.   Lead Responsibilities Manages the gathering and recording the Teams daily statistics and accurately prepare reports for lenders and Management. Manages and controls assigned special projects in accordance with the Business Partner requirements. Motivates Team and participates in cross training personnel. Encourages and supports employee suggestions for work improvements. Processes LERETA Tasks Research Outsource functions. Assists team with decision making issues related to liability and processing concerns Communicates status of assignments and effectively communicates suggestions for improving the department’s performance to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Assists and support the implementation of new policy and procedures and serve as a role model. Assists Supervisor in gathering stats for Employee Evaluations & One on One’s. Assists Supervisor with Quality Control, Team Production Tracking and monthly updates to the team. Assumes the Supervisor’s role in his/her absence.   Position Requirements   High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in Microsoft Excel 2007, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access 97. Extensive knowledge of the LERETA online system, Black Knight (MSP) and/or Fiserv Servicing Systems. Extensive knowledge of how to research and process task, including difficult penalty determinations.
