The role provides training, feedback, and support for the development of department employees' current skill set and mentors staff to support career advancement. Quality Control Performs quality control audit checks for disbursement, delinquency, returns, refunds, task, and tax line setup/searching Interprets procedures and results for quality checks of each client's process Supports the implementation of new or modified policy and procedures to ensure Enterprise Quality Control standards are met Assists with quality control audits when necessary Applies the appropriate procedures and quality checks to ensure compliance with departmental and customer contractual requirements Workflow Management Monitors, reports, and communicates the status of work assignments and production statistics to management Identifies and communicates opportunities to increase efficiency for processing quality control audits Assists manager with quality control, team production tracking and monthly updates to the team Manages and controls assigned special projects in accordance with the business partner's requirements Customer Service Communicates professionally (verbally and in writing) and maintains productive relationships with both internal and external customers while representing LERETA Facilitates timely exchange of information, accurately prepares and distributes requested reports to customers, business partners and management Responds with urgency and accuracy to mortgage lenders and business partners requests Leadership Assists manager with gathering stats for employee evaluations & one-on-one meetings Takes the initiative to research the latest trends, industry tools, technology and advancements to maintain and increase expertise This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.   Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills Type 60+ wpm 10-key by touch; 9,000 Keystrokes per Hour (KPH) or more with 98% accuracy Minimum of 3 – 5 years in tax servicing and/or loan service experience Extensive knowledge of tax servicing processes, including but not limited to, disbursement, task, delinquency, tax line setup and searching and penalty determinations Extensive knowledge of the LERETA online systems Black Knight (MSP) and/or Fiserv Servicing Systems Leadership / supervisory experience Experience with auditing and/or quality control Extensive experience with budget and expense management Preferred Education and Experience Mortgage servicing experience Associate degree   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
