The Information Technology department empowers users through the use of technology by working as a team and providing continual service improvement.

The IT intern will be responsible for assisting with documentation of IT process, updating inventory physically as well as in the IT Inventory software system, working with together with the existing IT team to support our end user community, and assisting with IT projects as needed. The intern in this position needs to be able to work with different kinds of people and be able to adapt to a lot of different situations.


  • Real world knowledge of working with technology and ITIL processes
  • Hands on experience working with an end user community
  • Participation in regular staff meetings


  • Storage Room clean up
  • Wiping old assets hard drives
  • Disposal of depreciated assets
  • Assist with Tier 1 and 2 ticket queue
  • Update inventory in Service Desk for accuracy
  • Document Tier 1-3 process
  • Inventory assets in Storage
  • Documentation of vendor management process and procedures
  • Assist with asset imaging process
  • Assist with IT projects as needed

  • Junior and senior Information Technology major
  • Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills
