Responsiblities include operating packaing machines and equipment ranging from sorting, packaging, labeling, & pricing machines for cheese and whey products. Assisting in cleaning of all production machines and production area. Essential Job Functions: Assembling bulk orders for customers and patron orders. Assist with special customer orders and requests Monitor and control production machinery Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product Follow Safety Procedures Maintain clean work environment   Position Requirements Schedule Requirements Normal: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Required if needed to complete any essential Job Function: Saturday and Sunday   Physical Requirements This position requires the following frequent actions and/or conditions: Twisting, bending, and squatting with 50lb object in hand Long Periods of Standing and Walking Lifting 60 lbs from the ground Good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity Minimum Qualifications Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors Experience: 0-1 years in manufacturing position   Preferred Qualifications Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors Certifications: Forklift Certification Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 1-3 years in a packaging production position Wage Increase in starting wage based on experience Benefits Health Insurance, HSA, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance Company paid Life AD&D, Long Term and Short Term Insurance Vacation Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Plan, Profit Sharing On-site employer paid medical clinic     EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
