We’re building our creative team at PFL and are looking for a stellar designer to join the fun! The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, collaborative, and always looking to elevate their design skills. As a designer at PFL you will own the creation and maintenance of both our marketing collateral and content created to support sales, as well as other company departments. From concept to execution, you will help bring our brand to life and strive to maintain consistency in everything you create.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales, and product teams to support our website, content marketing, and product initiatives (web, ads, social media assets, print and kit design, Product UI/UX etc.)
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the creative team using your expertise and eye for great design.
Assist in the production of various marketing and training videos.
Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and event collateral as needed.
You take pride in your work and have a good time doing it.
BFA/BA with an emphasis in Design or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years experience in graphic design working within an agency or in-house environment.
A strong understanding of how design fits into B2B marketing, including demand-generation, emails, landing pages, e-books/whitepapers, infographics, webinars, banners, and presentations.
Proficiency designing for both digital and print.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Experience with video production and photography a major plus.
The rest of the stuff: $70,000- $80,000 annually, based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, paid time off, etc.
