The Program Coordinator will work directly with individuals to complete assessments, develop crisis plans and treatment plans, and provide group and individual therapy and case management services. The Program Coordinator will also monitor educational and behavioral health goals, ensure treatment is implemented with fidelity and documented accurately by Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists. Program Coordinators will attend regular meetings with Intervention Specialists, Behavior Analysts, Clinic Director, and other team members.   Position Requirements Minimum Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or related field. Required Licensure/Certification  Licensed through the State of Ohio as a LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant.
