Senior LHA Financial Team Lead

Upon award, we are hiring a Senior LHA Financial Team Lead to join our client's team in Washington, DC. In this role you will:

  • Serve as the lead financial analyst for the LHA (large deck amphibious assault ship) program.
  • Manage the LHA financial team for all hulls and financial products.
  • Execute planning and analysis.
  • Prepare funding documents.
  • Execute tracking and reconciliation.
  • Support contract management functions.
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field. A financial major is highly desired.
  • Must have at least 10 years of NAVSEA financial management experience of which at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Must have at least 10 years of professional experience providing financial management and execution support of a shipbuilding program.
  • Highly desired experience providing financial management and execution support to an ACAT I shipbuilding program.
  • An active Secret security clearance is required. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
