We are looking for a Director, Partner Marketing who is responsible for working with the partner organization, sales, and across an integrated marketing team to execute a partner-marketing strategy that drives growth in sales through customer acquisition and retention of existing customers. The Director, Partner Marketing, will be responsible for understanding PFL’s partner ecosystem, the capabilities of our integrations, as well as industry and market trends to develop and execute on a partner marketing, field enablement, and partner enablement plan. This position works closely with partner, sales, and marketing teams to execute marketing programs to increase PFL’s reach.



Some of the things you will deliver for us:


  • Partner-marketing strategy
  • Increase awareness and drive demand for PFL’s products and solutions
  • Hybrid Experience campaigns to engage prospects and partners to contribute to partner sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Manage and oversee demand gen and co-marketing plans with partners
  • Content, collateral, as well as field and partner enablement training materials
  • Thriving partner community (engaged, informed, and motivated to work with PFL)
  • Measurable track record of acquiring and retaining of marketing partners, meeting / exceeding SQL and closed/won goals, working in tandem with partner team
  • Partner program metrics and revenue goals met or exceeded
  • Impactful co-marketing / partner engagement through events, content, and joint-promotion experiences


How you will do it:


  • Communicate PFL’s messaging to reinforce and build the PFL brand
  • Develop and execute marketing programs and content to support growth initiatives
  • Identify, develop, execute new promotional opportunities with target partners
  • Analyze program performance to determine success
  • Analyze industry competitors and competitive products
  • Continuously improve partner relationships, build and maintain relationships with sales teams, marketing partners, and technology alliance partners
  • Develop marketing plans with partner teams and top channel partners, and conduct QBRs to measure results
  • Build narratives and presentations that align with PFL’s core messaging
  • Identify relevant industry events and secure appropriate level of participation
  • Identify media targets and manage public relations/marketing communications to partners
  • Manage internal process for creative development/manage design resources


Business or Marketing degree and or 10+ years of experience preferred.



The rest of the stuff: Compensation $100-120k DOE. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, paid parental leave and more.
