LaForce is looking for a Keying Project Coordinator to review and analyze floor plans and scheduled for jobs that required a key system.

Major Responsibilities

  • Explain keying systems clearly and efficiently to the building owner.
  • Must be able to understand the functionality of the hardware that is being used on the project.
  • Make appropriate changes to the hardware schedule as required through communications with the building owner.
  • Make suggestions on hardware application based on the door functionality.
  • Prepare proposals for approval by contractors and/or owner's representative.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Additionally, six months to one year work experience is required.
  • Previous construction education or experience is a plus. Must be willing to learn about hardware and functionality of a complete door opening.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to define practical problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve problems.
  • Ability to calculate basic figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and area.
  • Drug Screen, background check, driver's license check
