Our vision is to get God's Word to every person, and we do this by recording Audio Bibles in every language and freely sharing them using the latest technology. We currently offer recordings in more than 1500 languages spoken by nearly 6 billion people around the world. Position Level 1 Support Tech - I.T.

Reporting to the IT Systems Supervisor and working across various locations, the Level 1 Support Tech will be the first point of contact via trouble tickets, call-ins, or walk-in issues and will provide friendly and efficient technical support for end-users to solve or escalate ticket issues while assisting the IT Technical Specialist team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist Technical Specialists with less technical tasks like equipment organization, cable management, asset management, inventory, and clutter removal. 30%
  2. Solve or escalate incoming tickets, phone calls, or walk-in issues. 15%
  3. Train and educate end-users concerning ticket resolutions, potential issue prevention, and accurately document resolutions for future reference. 15%
  4. Remotely assist users with technical issues, such as resetting email or domain login passwords, removing browser extensions, troubleshoot issues with operating systems, perform quick tune-ups, setup or troubleshoot network printers, setup new users, configure profiles, setup or troubleshoot VPN and Remote Desktop connections. 15%
  5. Perform and document preventive maintenance and regular scheduled cleanings on workstation PCs, production hardware, shipping systems etc. 15%
  6. Setup, operate, organize, and maintain peripheral meeting room equipment such as, remote controls, io devices, speakers, projectors, cameras, instruction sheets, and software. 10%
Position Requirements


  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in an IT support environment


  • Associate’s Degree (MIS/CIS)
  • Relevant CompTIA and/or Microsoft certifications or equivalent IT related experience
