Design and Marketing Associate

The Design and Marketing Associate will assist in the creation of marketing materials and market research publications. This role will work with the Design and Marketing Manager and other team members to support marketing initiatives in a variety of media, including print, digital, email, and web as well as layout and design market research publications.

Design Projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Design layouts for market research report publications
  • Print and digital marketing collateral
  • Infographics
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Website and social media design elements and graphics
  • Newsletters
  • Emails

Position Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • A four-year degree in graphic design
  • Portfolio that showcases your talent for creative problem solving and effective communications
  • Talent in areas of typography, photo selection, and layout
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Expertise with HTML/CSS, email coding, rendering, and responsive design
  • Expert-level understanding of Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the skills to creatively style and troubleshoot

We prefer experience with ...

  • 3+ years in a fast-paced, creative professional environment
  • Web design, UI/UX best practices, and mastery of HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS 3.
  • Using tools to create emails and manage websites in platforms like Umbraco
  • Using web-based productivity tools we love, like Slack, Asana, PointDrive, and Airtable
