This role will work with the Design and Marketing Manager and other team members to support marketing initiatives in a variety of media, including print, digital, email, and web as well as layout and design market research publications. Design Projects include, but are not limited to: Design layouts for market research report publications Print and digital marketing collateral Infographics PowerPoint presentations Website and social media design elements and graphics Newsletters Emails Located in Raleigh, NC, ISR is a fast-growing company, and the culture exemplifies this. ISR values creativity, analytical thinking, and proactive problem solving.   Position Requirements What you’ll need: A four-year degree in graphic design Portfolio that showcases your talent for creative problem solving and effective communications Talent in areas of typography, photo selection, and layout Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Expertise with HTML/CSS, email coding, rendering, and responsive design Expert-level understanding of Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the skills to creatively style and troubleshoot You must be able to: Think creatively Take criticism Exercise your curiosity and open-mindedness, always Independently manage your time and be self-motivated Collaborate with your colleagues Apply your obsessive attention to detail and organization to every project Balance your projects with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change Stay up to date on design trends and best practices We prefer experience with ... 3+ years in a fast-paced, creative professional environment Web design, UI/UX best practices, and mastery of HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS 3.
