Title Recruiter  Description Position Requirements: Traffic Plan is seeking a full time Recruiter with two years’ experience in high volume recruiting. The qualified candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and exercise complete confidentiality with all of the work content.    Essential Job Duties: Conduct recruitment effort for nonexempt personnel Schedule interviews for multiple locations. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance for needs Maintain accuracy of candidate status and information in internal tracking systems Perform targeted candidate searches Resourceful, creative thinking for searching and recruiting candidates Implement and support diversity recruiting efforts Attend Career fairs Travel to our territories for "hands-on" recruiting   Skills/Qualifications: Must have two -four years of recruiting and sourcing experience Passion for recruitment Demonstrated experience using creative sourcing methodologies Travel to job locations Ability to support high volumes Experience with multi-channel sourcing Comfortable with continuous change and innovation Ultimate team player willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Computer experience of Microsoft Office Bachelor’s Degree a plus This position offers competitive pay, benefits, paid vacation and insurance.   Position Requirements   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Recruiter   Location Tinton Falls   About the Organization Traffic Plan is a certified women business enterprise operating in New Jersey that provides expert traffic safety solutions in accordance with the MUTCD.
