To support their commitment to a great customer experience, TicketNetwork is looking to hire a Recruiter for a 2-3 month contract with a focus on handling full life cycle recruiting for our Contact Center. The position will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines for high volume needs with our Client Relations, Vendor Relations, and Customer Support teams including, sourcing and screening applicants, facilitating interview opportunities, and following through to the offer and onboarding stage. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, dedicated to helping TicketNetwork's Contact Center reach their staffing goals, and eager to provide creative problem solving and support to our recruiting team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, administering pre-employment assessments, reference checking, presenting job offers, and accurately tracking candidate progress within the Company's Applicant Tracking System
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define requirements
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Perform reporting for key metrics to adjust recruiting timelines and procedures accordingly
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned
