Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system and routing calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Mail sorting, processing and distribution
  • Assist Human Resources Department with projects and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality

Position Requirements

Skills:

  • Professional attitude at all times
  • Strong customer relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • MS Word/Excel proficiency
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work 7:30am-4:00 pm

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ front desk experience in a corporate setting
  • Professional demeanor
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Location Cambridge Management Corporate Office - Tacoma
