Cadaret Grant is looking for a Managed Accounts Service Representative to join our growing enterprise! This position is responsible for performing day-to-day functions that are handled in Black Diamond and Envestnet/Contour. This includes data entry and verification, scanning, answering phones, entering starts and closed accounts in Black Diamond. Also training and creation of advisors and clients on Black Diamond and Envestnet/Contour technology platforms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing daily starts spreadsheet and starting accounts on Black Diamond.
  • Reviewing closed accounts spreadsheet and closing accounts from Black Diamond reconciliation.
  • Maintain change management of accounts on the platform (account name changes, advisor name changes, closed accounts, journaled accounts, etc.).
  • Maintain client fee changes in Black Diamond.
  • Maintain asset tags (supervised, unsupervised, discretion, tradable, etc.
  • Validating Black Diamond data for accuracy, including but not limited to the tax status, portfolio names, registration, advisor tags, branch levels, fee schedules, reporting templates.
  • Perform all procedures surrounding the new account fee billing process.
  • Calculate and process management fee refunds on TIMS accts
  • Assisting in quarterly report verification process.
  • Ensure proper posting and generation of TIMS quarterly reports.
  • Creation of Black Diamond users including advisors, assistants and clients.
  • Classifying assets as needed into Black Diamond.
  • Perform control procedures to ensure the accuracy of the information in Black Diamond.
  • Customer service.
  • Document imagining.
Position Requirements
