We are looking for a dedicated Program Intervention Technician (DSP) in the Pataskala area who shares our passion for helping others to join the I Am Boundless, Inc. team!
You’ll serve as a friend, mentor, and support person to individuals with developmental disabilities, while providing individualized direct care, leading socialization activities, and developing daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include dietary, laundry, toileting, and housekeeping support.

Salary Range: $14.00 to $14.79 (based on experience)
Available Work Schedules (Full-Time and/or Flex)
Flex Split: First/Second Shift:
- Saturday-Sunday: 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Tuesday: 3:30pm-11:30pm
Second Shift:
- Saturday-Wednesday: 3:30pm-11:30pm
- Thursday-Monday: 3:30pm-11:30pm
- Wednesday-Sunday: 3:30pm-11:30pm
- Tuesday-Wednesday: 3:30pm-11:30pm, Thursday-Friday: 4:30pm-12:30am (32 hours)
Third Shift:
- Thursday-Friday: 12:30am-9:30am, Saturday-Monday: 11:30pm-7:30am
What You Will be Doing:
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be working directly in a therapeutic setting with individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. Constant engagement with and supervision of the individuals will be a requirement for staff. This will include programs specific to the individual's needs based on their IP; implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (which is a highly scheduled, intensive therapeutic approach to teach expected behavior and life skills); implementation of highly structured Behavior Support Plans and other approaches that the team determines appropriate for the individual. Implementation of intense behavioral programming is likely for issues including self-injury, aggression and elopement.
