What You Will be Doing The Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for providing outpatient behavioral health services, including counseling and case management services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services may be provided in person or via telehealth, on an individual, group, or family basis in an office setting.   The Behavioral Health Therapist reports to the clinical manager and is responsible for ensuring that the treatment needs of the clients are met and maintained to support individual client's psychosocial and emotional needs. Services must be provided following policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.    Position Requirements Required Education/Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work or related field. Required Licensure/Qualification Licensed through the State of Ohio as a LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. Preferred Education/Experience One to two (1-2) years of supervised social work experience in a behavioral health care setting, working directly with clients. Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Experience working with people with mental health conditions.
