POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly analytical results-driven marketer to lead customer acquisition for eCommerce. You will acquire new customers by optimizing our acquisition campaigns across paid & organic marketing channels. You will also manage marketing spend and performance forecasting and will work with the Finance and Executive teams to drive predictable top-line growth increasing the conversion rate on all THI eCommerce websites

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the customer acquisition team.                                                                                   
  • Take ownership of and report on key metrics and KPI's for the acquisition team                 
  • Develop a creative and cohesive marketing strategy to scale customer acquisition across all paid and organic  digital marketing campaigns including search and social.                     
  • Uncover new growth opportunity (including new platforms, channels, and advertising and integration opportunities) to acquire new and engaged users.                                               
  • Help own and manage marketing vendor relationships and projects.                                 
  • Improve conversion through testing, optimizing paid media campaigns, organic initiatives, and conversion rate optimization.                                                                                           
  • Contribute to the internal capabilities around content and ensure access to the right set of tools and technologies to deliver measurable results; drive SEO in content creation and content programming.                                                                                             
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations; perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization; develop and implement link building strategy.                                                                                                                           
  • Work with Analytics team to push the evolution of our analytics platforms to support our growth team needs.                                                                                                               
  • Manage the budgeting process for customer acquisition, including forecasting and ROI assessments. 
     
 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, minimum requirement
  • 5 years’ experience with SEO/SEM, minimum requirement
  • Experience managing a budget of at least 5 million annually
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
  • Highly proficient in web analytics (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • In depth knowledge of brands within the company.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and mentor people professionally.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to accept input from creative, marketing, and development team members.
