Share Email Opening Title Building Custodian  Description JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Buildings Maintenance Manager responsible to complete custodial care of assigned buildings. ***MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE***   Position Building Custodian-Full Time   Position Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING High school diploma or equivalent. Custodial experience is preferred. A reasonable mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery and equipment used in the maintenance of buildings. Valid driver's license. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Knowledge of floor care, cleaning practices and cleaning products. Ability to carry 25 pounds for 25 yards.
