Are you committed to quality? So are we! As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Aunt Millie's quality standards that make our products superior. In addition, you'll supervise schedules, maintain adherence to food safety regulations, and make sure we're always improving wherever we can. As a Bakery Production Supervisor, you'll… Schedule, train, and supervise personnel efficiently, with an eye on keeping overtime to a minimum on assigned shifts Comply with provisions of the collective bargaining agreement, (if applicable) including rules and regulations, assignment of overtime and attendance procedures Communicate with the Production Manager on all problems, both production and labor, to ensure efficient operations Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation, and Safety standards as well as investigate on-the-job accidents and assure compliance with Company policies and procedures Make minor formula changes to maintain product quality to the highest standards Make regular checks on production operations including HACCP checks and implement corrections as needed to maintain Company standards Prepare and maintain required production reports and records, ensuring accuracy Make sure that equipment is being operated properly, make corrections as needed, and report all equipment malfunctions to the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs have been made Follow up on reported equipment malfunction to ensure that effective repairs have been made Cooperate and coordinate with other departments of the company, particularly Maintenance, Shipping, and Sanitation Pursue ways to improve product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce operating cost As an Aunt Millie's Bakery Shift Supervisor, you can expect… Excellent Compensation Health Insurance 401k Retirement Plan Paid Vacations   Position Requirements Please apply if you… Possess basic math skills  Have a passion for leadership Have experience in a production environment (food production preferred) Have prior management experience (2 years preferred) Have a willingness to work some weekends   Definitely apply if you… Are dedicated to efficient, thorough, and inclusive communication practices Pay attention to details and respect efficiency  Want to be part of an enthusiastic, warm team of people working toward a common goal   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
