Community First Health Centers is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Director to join our team at our Community First Health Centers leadership team!

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, you would be responsible for all human resource functions for the Agency including recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefit administration and compensation. This position also requires system administration of the Agency HRIS as well as overseeing the privileging and credentialing of all providers. While CFHC operates three locations, the primary HR office is located at: 555 St. Clair River Drive, Algonac with flexibility needed to travel to New Haven or Port Huron as necessary.

 

 

Daily responsibilities of our Human Resources Director may include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of recruitment including drafting and posting positions, candidate review, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding
  • Collaboration with Agency leaders for staff retention efforts
  • Responsible for all aspects of Employee Relations in conjuction with the leadership team including coaching, mentoring, conflict resolutions, performance evaluations and administering employment policies and procedures
  • Responsible for all aspects of benefit administration with Executive team including benefit plan reviews, selection, implementation and all staff education, problem solving and/or changes
  • Review and make recommendations on compensation structure to ensure fairness and competitiveness
  • System administrator of HRIS including system configurations and on going staff education
  • Oversight of Agency priviliging and credentialing processes of all providers
  • All other duties as assigned

 

This is a full time opportunity; 40 hours per week.

Hours will be gained Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm with some flexibility based on business demands

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college specializing in Human Resource Managemnt; Master's Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising direct reports
  • BLS certification
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with ease
  • Strong computer proficiency including experience with HRIS systems
