Position Summary:

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst is a part of the Sales Operations team. The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with other Sales Operations team members and other stakeholder groups, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, Product Management, and Customer Support teams, to support Sciton’s growing business efforts and customer base.

 

The primary responsibility of this position is communicating and implementing corporate sales processes and best practices within Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, and other sales tools to enable the Sales team.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day order booking into Salesforce and other company required systems while maintaining the company standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly structured in Salesforce to facilitate proper system integration for customer contracts, orders, payment processing, and booking to ERP system; including completing data validations as required.
  • Assist Sales with day-to-day operations related to proper quoting set up in the existing system as well as future use of Salesforce CPQ system.
  • Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout Sales Operations, the WW Sales organization, and companywide.
  • Serve as an escalation point when needed to help move deals forward.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required.
  • Familiarity with analyzing data and data sets to derive recommendations on specific items identified through the data analysis.
  • Proficient in G Suite & Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiar with the use of typical business systems or databases with a
    preference for Salesforce.
  • Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong organizational skills.
  • Deliver customer and sales support like you expect to receive it, with excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability and personality to articulate processes in a meaningful way.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Be a confident self-starter.
  • A love for change and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
