Join the Calumet Community Banking team! We are now hiring a full-time Financial Specialist (40 hours/week) who will act in the capacity of Customer Ambassador for the bank. The overall focus will be to provide customers with a high quality customer experience and individuals in this position will be expected to operate in an efficient, friendly, and accurate manner.
The schedule varies: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM and rotating Saturdays 8:00AM-Noon.

Customer Account Opening/Maintenance (Consumer Accounts)
Customer Relationship Sales
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); associate degree preferred; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience would include previous customer service and sales experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook and Word) and proficient (ability to move and direct curser, tab, page down, etc.) keyboarding and ten-key skills. Previous experience in using electronic devices (computer, Smart Phone, IPad, Tablet, etc.) and mobile banking products preferred.
