FSA is a recipient of a grant through Health and Human Services (HHS) which provides healthy relationship education and economic stability services. The Program Recruitment Specialist will work collaboratively across Santa Barbara County to engage the community and work to recruit and involve potential program participants, with a particular focus on Spanish speaking men, for our Healthy Marriage and Relationship Stability Program (HMRESP). • Develop and foster relationships with community partners and organization to promote effective referrals to the program.
  • Develop participant recruitment strategies and implement strategies across the county to increase awareness of HMRESP and the benefits of participation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute recruitment events including presentations, information sessions, and more.
  • Participate in community events during traditional and non-traditional business hours to conduct outreach and represent FSA and HMRESP.
