Please note: This is an in office role; not a remote or work from home position. 

The VMS Analyst - AP is responsible for developing and training internal and external clients on VMS systems. The primary focus will be on mitigating risk through the use of these systems.The incumbent will develop policies and standardized procedures for the funding/payroll process through these sites. They will also focus on metrics showing the transition of current accounts over to this process.

  • Creates standard policies and procedures for the Full Service and Funding departments on how to best utilize VMS systems
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements strategies through the use of these systems to management
  • Works closely with Sales on prospects using VMS systems
  • Trains all new employees on VMS systems
  • Verifies buyout aging's using these systems
  • Works with existing clients on the struggles related to these systems
  • Maintains metrics related to these systems
  • Other tasks as assigned
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related - Required
  • 3 years of experience in Experience in banking/finance/accounting environment with emphasis on commercial credit and VMS systems.
  • Ability to lead/manage others.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills.

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents:

Range minimum: $ 21.80/hr + bonus

Range maximum: $ 25/hr + bonus
