Proven copy writing skills Customer service experience. Excellent presentation skills, including communication skills, interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor. Computer literate in word processing, excel, and database management. Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to make decisions, meet deadlines, monitor numerous projects/dates, etc. Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance. Must be at least 21 years of age. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Retail or Resort marketing experience preferred. E-commerce experience.   Description JOB SUMMARY The Retail Marketing Manager works directly with the marketing team and retail managers to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the non-gaming amenities in order to drive attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role works closely with the advertising department and acts as marketing liaison for the resort amenities, off-property businesses.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Developing and executing comprehensive retail marketing strategies that drive traffic to non-gaming resort amenities and retail outlets. Utilizes advertising principles for campaign development, proofing, ad creation and copy writing. Researches, negotiates and works with advertising for scheduling media to support retail marketing objectives. Monitor media budgets and evaluates media opportunities. Manages retail marketing campaign development, analysis and ad testing. Manages and coordinates the development of In-Store promotional strategies and advertising, including point of purchase displays, on property advertising, on property signage and collateral. Develops plans in partnership with retail managers and resort advertising manager. Works closely with marketing team to provide full visibility and integration of retail marketing plans. Identifies and/or develops cooperative marking opportunities with media. Assist marketing director in developing marketing plans with clear goals, strategies, schedules and assignments. Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites, and mobile applications, and increase sales. Assist the marketing director in preparation of the Retail Advertising budget. Assist in formulation and tracking of marketing budgets. Coordinate associated web site management and e-mail promotions. Manages multi-media specialist, and timely delivery of marketing deadlines. Ensures brand integrity. Participation and development of a tribal member workforce. Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guest. Promptly reports all concerns to supervisor. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
