Cambridge Management Inc. is looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to join our Team! This position will work closely with our Bookkeeping team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable and a desire to grow into a Bookkeeping position.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports.
  • Document filing.
  • Creating spreadsheets and correspondence
  • Scanning Documents
  • Performing time sensitive duties
  • Invoicing
  • Processing checks
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing move-outs

Position Requirements

Skills:

  • High proficiency using Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently, with minimum supervision and in a team atmosphere
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 10 Key skills a plus

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Accounting training or degree is a plus
  • Minimum 2- 3 years’ administrative experience
  • Experience in property management is a plus

Location Cambridge Management Corporate Office - Tacoma
