RealTruck is seeking a Supervisor to support our Order Fulfilment team. The Order Fulfillment Team Supervisor will ensure quality and efficient service to our customers by successfully managing the recruitment selection process, objective setting, coaching, training, and performance monitoring of order fulfillment representatives and processes.

  • Supervises a team of employees; provides input on the hiring or firing process, promotional recommendations or work assignments.
  • Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing sales activities as dictated by workload.
  • Reviews KPI and SLA report to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the team and manages the team accordingly by providing counseling, coaching, and recommending process improvements.
  • Holds representatives accountable to processes and procedures by providing corrective disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Prepares and communicates annual performance appraisals as directed by company policy.
  • Participates in the interview process by making recommendations on selections.
  • Ensures quality assurance through monitoring of calls and chats, coaching sessions, and weekly check-ins.
  • Monitor order flow and fulfillment document receipts to maintain optimal revenue recognition and customer shipping communication.
  • Monitors workflow with multiple systems including Netsuite, Zendesk, STEDI, Postmark, and Periscope.
  • Communicates system issues through proper communication channels to address operational concerns in an efficient manner.
  • Studies competitor pricing, inventory, fulfillment processes, and other revenue recognition practices.
  • Works with the distribution centers on shipping updates and order migrations
  • Works with the STEDI and EDI teams (including vendors) to maintain purchase order flow and item fulfillment receipts according to SLAs.
  • Partners with merchandising to communicate pricing discrepancies and order delays by vendors.
  • Partners with accounting to match fulfillments with invoicing for end-of-month revenue recognition.
  • Assists with vendor onboarding.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
  • Sets the tone and energy of the team by utilizing proper motivation techniques.
  • Coordinates different training activities for the team.
 
Position Requirements

Success Factors:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
  • Two (2) years of supervisory or team lead experience within a contact or call center preferred
  • Three (3) years of Knowledge of fulfillment processes and procedures as an individual contributor preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork.
  • Goal-driven and a confident self-starter with a willingness to continually embrace professional development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multilateral computer systems and technology.
  • Ability to resolve conflict with ease and compassion.
  • Ability to build relationships with vendors and carriers.
  • Flexible schedule with the availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • In light of the current pandemic situation, to protect all team members we also require the ability to:

    Pass daily pandemic health screening protocols which include responding to CDC recommended personal health and activity-related questions.

    Follow pandemic safety protocols which may include:

  • Wearing of an approved face covering at all times
  • Washing hands/use of hand sanitizer upon entry to the facility and as needed throughout the day
  • Cleaning/disinfecting of personal work area
  • Maintaining social/physical distancing requirements (six feet from others) whenever possible
  • In some circumstances submitting to company paid virus testing through an approved medical provider
