Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
These include the following and others may be assigned.
- Always maintain a professional, considerate attitude toward both internal and external customers.
- Assist every customer to the best of your ability or put them in contact with someone who can better assist them.
- Provide excellent customer service answering telephones and greet clients to the design center.
- Qualify client by asking good questions and assessing client needs.
- Educate the client on options and assist the customer with product selection using selection worksheet. Speak to features and benefits of product.
- Learn and know the Mans sales process.
- Produce modifications to designs using 20/20 at the direction of designers.
- Refer clients to designers when necessary.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Correctly order repair or new parts to be delivered if needed.
- Document quotes, orders, changes, contacts, etc. In Bistrack.
- Clean displays / clean and organize sample room.
- Keep literature labeled and organized, put away.
- Complete product, sales, customer service training as assigned.
- Special projects.
