The Jr. Relationship Manager's (JRM) primary focus is to develop and enhance profitable business relationships with new and existing brokers, vendors and customers (originators). The JRM will be the main point of contact between the originators and Amur Equipment Finance (AmurEF). The JRM is responsible for tracking, reporting deal flow and meeting overall volume and other key performance metric expectations.
