We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help shape, drive, and measure our sales operations processes at PFL. Our ideal candidate has broad experience developing processes and supporting operations for prospect and customer-facing teams and is looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Some of the things you will be doing for us:

  • Facilitate / optimize sales forecast process(es)
  • Build BI Reports, Dashboards and Predictive Models
  • Business owner for ongoing management / audit and variable compensation plans
  • Own metrics for revenue pipeline processes (from Sales Qualification to Customer Renewal)

How you will do it:

  • Actively monitor, measure, analyze, report, and consult on:
    • Sales and marketing processes
    • Funnel Performance
    • Pipeline progression
    • Sales forecasting (full-funnel and upstream goal alignment)
  • Proactively consider and suggest new ideas, technology solutions, and process improvements to improve efficiency and performance
  • Interface regularly with Marketing Operations data team and Salesforce administration team to keep Sales data clean and tech stack up to date
  • Partner with sales leaders to provide insights from analytics and metrics to measure success of initiatives and identify issues and opportunities

Your Skills:

  • Collaborative and able to prioritize multiple work streams
  • Process Analysis and Improvement / Optimization Experience
  • Analytics project ideation, design, and execution
  • Familiarity and /or experience with sales territory alignment
  • Experience with common data reporting and analytics tools (SSRS, Power BI, Einstein Analytics or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing frameworks, tools, and process
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing Technology applications (e.g. Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce Sales Cloud,, etc.)
  • Ability to receive, process, and apply constructive feedback from peers and supervisors
  • Comfortable taking a concept, mobilizing resources, and running with it

The rest of the stuff: Compensation 80-110K DOE. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, paid parental leave and more.
