The Enterprise Solutions Account Executive is responsible for providing leadership to the sales and account management processes and growing Advizex bookings and revenues associated with the full breadth of Rolta AdvizeX services and solutions for assigned target accounts across a specific geographic territory. The job represents a balanced customer relationship management effort involving sales and account management skills, application and database solution knowledge, problem-solving, solution skills, and overall direction of all necessary Rolta AdvizeX resources.

The candidate will possess a "hunter" mentality and excel at developing and closing large, complex application, database, services and/or solutions transactions. Is responsible for driving incremental opportunities that are based on the value of Advizex solution and services portfolio and is an expert at communicating this value in a compelling business case to customers & prospects in order to achieve quarterly quotas.

The selected candidate will have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills and be able to build relationships with senior level decision makers (CIO, VP, and director). In addition, the candidate will have proven sales experience in both managed and advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate advisory and managed service offerings
  • Develop business through multiple marketing and sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, conducting in person meetings, and partnering with vendors or manufactures.
  • Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.
  • Ability to reach expected sales quota the first 90 to 180 days of employment leveraging past experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales top line services bookings and revenue and goals as defined by management..
  • Adhere to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools.
  • Performs extensive proposal writing and prepares sales information for customers.


Position Requirements


  • Minimally qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of outside technology sales experience (customer facing).
  • Prior experience selling Oracle and / or SAP Services, or Managed Services.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Applications a plus
  • Excellent sales skills including proficiency in oral and written language, assertive, empathetic, flexible, strong customer service, active listener, persuasive, public speaker, polished presenter and service orientation focus.
  • Self-starter with ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.
  • Ability to solve problems, with critical thinking, judgment, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in developing new relationships with customers and ability to translate client business needs into solutions.
