Upon award, our client is searching for a Strategic Planning and Organizational Improvement SME to join their team in Washington, DC. In this position you will:
• Consult regularly with customers to process and perform data modeling in support of planning and analysis efforts.
• Develop requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex programs.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to US Navy programs and project stakeholders.
• Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and maintenance efforts for mission critical challenges/issues.
• Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
• Provide planning services for a wide range of programs and projects including design, development, implementation, post-implementation and maintenance of the systems
• Provide SWOT analyses, critical success factor analyses, strategic planning, value chain analyses, and other techniques used to establish strategic plans
• Provide expertise in conducting research, evaluations, and studies required to develop both short-term and long-term plans.
