Upon award, we are hiring a Senior Training Consultant to join our client's team in Washington, DC. In this role you will: Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs. Develop instructor materials (course outline, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer-based/computer-aided training.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources Management or Organizational Behavior. At least 15 years of professional experience related to training with at least 5 years of experience developing leadership programs and in delivering courses as a classroom facilitator. Experience developing and providing technical and end-user training on technical subject matter An active Secret security clearance.
