Equipment Utilization Coordinator 



This position is responsible for leading company efforts in maximizing usage of trailer assets.



  • Learn, understand, and utilize all functionality of Skybitz.
  • Manage trailer assets to maximize utilization.
  • Create, distribute and manage a functional trailer report to reduce stagnant trailers.
  • Lead efforts to reposition trailers when and where needed in an efficient and cost effective manner. This includes turning in sale trailers as needed.
  • Manage trailer errors by research and fix through TMW order, beam code, or in-service move.
  • Manage and report all ASKUSA questions.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
  • Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communication skills



This position does not supervise others.



This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required:

  • to sit, stand, stoop, kneel and occasionally move up to 20 pounds,
  • manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard on a daily basis,
  • stamina to sit for extended periods of time, lift or carry printed materials, and
  • possess vision sufficient to read a monitor, printed text and hand written documents,
  • able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
