The applicant must be committed to ensuring the health, safety of residents and ensure compliance with licensing and reporting standards.  The applicant will be responsible for monitoring program activities including but not limited to budgets, shift scheduling, leadership team meetings and community integration of residents. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting preferred. Candidate characteristics including effective leadership skills, strong communication skills and positive teamwork abilities desired.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and at least three years supervisory experience required. This position requires a valid Virginia driver’s license in good standing.
