Are you currently a Sales professional or Sales Manager working in the office technology and document solutions industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where the rewards are based on your performance? If this sounds like you, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of territory based sales representatives in a growing local branch.

  • You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring.
  • You will help their team promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources.
  • You will be responsible for attending meetings with team members and ensuring their understanding of programs and accountability for results.
  • You will be responsible for account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • You will be responsible for training for the team:  introducing new products, offering sales promotions, helping to resolve customer issues, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.

Position Requirements

We are looking for a high energy professional in the document solutions industry who has a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results. This person must have current experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position.

Dealership experience is highly preferred. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, someone who is positive and self-motivated and a good problem solver.


• We promote from within and have multiple office locations in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas and Arizona.
• We're looking for candidates who have a strong desire to work in a customer focused sales environment with strong time management and problem solving skills.


Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and Sales candidates must have a valid Driver License.
