Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Licensed Mental Health Professional and/or Clinical Trainee - On Call  Category Healthcare   Description Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring additional part time licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) to to provide On Call and Mobile Crises Response Services to community persons experiencing mental health crises.  This is an excellent professional work opportunity for persons who wish to have flexibility in their work life. This may be a stand-alone job or add-on to other employment you may have.    The position is for evening, weekend and holiday coverage  with elective shifts based on what works for you. This position provides direct service work to persons in crises and may be helpful to those seeking client contact to support licensure pursuit.    The work includes conducting Crises Assessment, problem solving, care and compassion when working with persons; and then the Day Team follows up with the care needs of the individual the following day.  It is a well-run streamlined coordinated care model and works very well for persons in crises and for staff providing the services.   Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is a community partner in Region 7E (which includes Pine and Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec and Mille Lacs Counties) with key other organizations in the Region to provide On Call and Mobile Crises Response Services to children and adults experiencing mental health crises.  The Region coverage area is divided into two areas and work assignments are based on home geography location most optimal for the employee.   Compensation is paid for being On Call and additional compensation is paid for conducting Mobile Crises Response Service.   Access to a vehicle and ability to travel in the area is a requirement of the job.   This is a financially satisfying position, flexible and professionally rewarding.   For more information about the position, please contact Cheryl Smetana McHugh at csmchugh@tsapc.net or 320-629-7600 ext 7814.   Position Requirements We are seeking to hire a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee.
