Win the Future with Inspiro in Coeur dAlene! We are looking to add a temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant to our local recruiting team!

This position will have the requirement to participate in Onsite activities in our Coeur d'Alene, Idaho location.

The ADHOC Talent Acquisition Assistant is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides TA support to our team. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great external and internal support and driving TA functional excellence and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists TA Specialist and TA Site Lead with managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple programs:
  • Manages pipeline of applicants, schedules phone and inperson interviews, conducts phone interviews, manages paperwork throughout all stages of hiring lifecycle, background checks, serves as a point of contact for scheduled new hires and assists in managing all external communication with recruitment vendors/partners
  • Administers TA tracking/analysis
  • Assists TA Specialist and TA Site Lead with management of invoices from vendors/partners
  • Serves as a point of contact in main entrance lobby for applicants, vendors and/or current associates
  • Other similar and/or related duties as assigned
  • This will be a 6 month assignment with potential to join team full time

 
Position Requirements
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Coeur d'Alene, ID site
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Assistant or Admin role, preferably TA / HR
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
  • Confident and driven individual with great communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, handle sensitive information and manage time, projects and deadlines efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs
