With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Registered Nurse   Description Seeking an RN to provide care and utilization management services for patients living with mental health and substance use disorder with a high level   of complex co-morbid physical healthcare issues, such as diabetes.  The successful RN must have the ability to lead a utilization management process and conduct care coordination/management with internal and external entities.  The RN will consult with behavioral health staff and primary care staff/specialists internal and external to Southeast.      Position Requirements Ohio RN license required; supervisory and management experience preferred.   Location Southeast, Inc.
