The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to management and employees.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support including welcoming guests, answering phones, running errands, etc.
  • Maintain kitchens (clean, load/empty dishwasher, replenish supplies);
  • Facilitate daily lunch and dinner orders;
  • Order/track supplies and maintain office equipment;
  • Assist with compiling reports and presentations, when needed;
  • Coordinate details of employee celebrations, meetings, webinars or events;
  • Sort & distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments;
  • Schedules travel for employees and external visitors;
  • Prepares expense reports from receipts;
  • Other duties as requested or assigned;
  • Assist with welcoming new hires;
  • Schedule meetings for coworkers and clients via MS Teams and WebEx.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, reading, and customer service skills.
