Trust Support Coordinator needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Delaware County.

The Trust Supports Coordinator positively engages our beneficiaries and their families to build a professional relationship based on service and respect. As a key member of our Trust Team, we count on this team member to clarify our processes, review the general purpose of the Trust, receive Trust requests, gather additional information, and communicate disbursement decisions. S/he is engaged with the Trust Plan and at a summary level, understands the intentions for how to best utilize whatever resources exist in the Trust. The Trust Team relies on the communication skills of the Supports Coordinator as the key communicator between the organization's Trust Team and the beneficiaries we support. This role requires strong organizational, conflict management, and interpersonal skills. The Trust Supports Coordinator reports to the Trust Officer.

Position Requirements

BSW with a proven track record of respectful engagement with persons living with a disability. Skills in basic financial functions, maintaining accurate records, and following through with tasks requiring multiple steps over a period of time. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to function adeptly with shared business tools to collaborate, communicate and access information.
