Your Role at MOBE

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for revenue growth within the employer market. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and retention of employer accounts. Your job duties will include maintaining accurate records in the SalesForce CRM system, including building a pipeline and sales projections.

 
Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a sales strategy/business plan that supports MOBE’s overarching corporate goals and strategies – diversify and grow revenue

  • Build strong customer relationships within HR/Benefits leadership within corporate employers and brokers/consultants

  • Work with the commercial sales team on proposals to provide to the market

  • Maximize revenue and margin goals, while staying within the allocated budgets

  • Execute outreach on target opportunities, generate account leads, and build a robust pipeline

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, priorities and pain points

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with MOBE’s offerings and future product pipelines

  • Increase awareness of MOBE’s evolving strategies for expanding into the employer/broker and consulting channels

  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies

  • Assist with customer contract design and execution.

  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • 5+ years managing multiple projects/tasks to meet contractual deadlines or other time-sensitive commitments

  • Excellent collaboration, drive for results, and organizational excellence

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to interface and effectively present to senior management.

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to read and understand complex data and make thoughtful, articulate recommendations

  • Ability to translate analysis of data into a PowerPoint presentation

  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines, and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization and with external strategic partners

  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to influence course of action when others are directly accountable for outcomes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Experience servicing and selling to large and complex clients
